Hi everyone,
I currently have 2 X 500 GB HDD's in enclosed - transcend (enclosed casing)
Now the problem is the usb 2.0 interface and the loose and unreliable miniusb cable
I was first looking for a docking station .. i saw the reviews for:
Amazon.com: Thermaltake BlacX Duet 5G ST0022U ABS Plastic 2.5" & 3.5" USB 3.0 HDD Docking Station, Black: Electronics
Amazon.com: NEON All-in-one Dual HDD Docking Station for 2.5"/3.5" HDD SATA/IDE, card reader: Computers & Accessories
Amazon.com: StarTech.com eSATA USB to SATA Hard Drive Docking Station for Dual 2.5 or 3.5in HDD: Electronics
but all have quiet a lot of bad reviews n so i got scared off ... I was looking for under $60 budget.
Den I thought of putting another $20 n buy a new 1 TB USB 3.0 HDD ... but naah .. i wanna use my old ones ..
Though of buying new external usb 3.0 casing ...
Amazon.com: HDE® USB 3.0 SATA Hard Disk Drive Enclosure Case for 2.5-inch HDD: Computers & Accessories
but it'll agn be 2 seperate hdd's ... din seem good enf ..![]()
Finally was just thinking of buying new usb 2.0 miniusb cables n be done with it ..
I am really confused ppl. Please help me If you have any good Ideas.
I really want to go with a docking station ... but I need a reliable one ...
Thanks in advance ..)
