    Satellite A205-S5800 freezes when Ac power is connected

    My 1 year old Satellite A205-S5800 stops responding when AC power is given to it from battery mode.When connected the laptop does not start at all...freezes after the boot screen.The PC runs perfectly well on battery only and my battery cannot hold a full charge and needs to be replaced.Any other AC power cord connected still freezes the machine.I have formatted my harddisk, upgraded my BIOS and OS from Vista to Window 7 but still the problem persists.

    If you have some suggestions please lemme have them..
