    Thanks. I hadn't realised that they had created a new set of charts for 2009. I have been watching the 2008 charts for new entries.

    The streaming read power chart shows the 7200.4 to be at 3W compared to the 5K500.B's 2.42W. It's interesting that the Toshiba HDDs have the lowest power consumption. In recent years they have tended to be power-hungry.
