I was looking at the momentus hyrbid drives and was wondering if they worth getting or are there other hybrid drives out there that are better for load times and what not.

They're the only hybrid drive out as far as I know. They're pretty great if you can't budget for a SSD or need the space with a single drive solution
add: The XT 'learns' by you running the same applications/rebooting multiple times. It'll cache the raw data it recognizes that is used most. For general gaming, I can't see the XT much different than a WD or Seagate 7200rpm. Boottimes, you'd notice after multiple XT reboots -
Thanks for the information.

Yes, Momentus XT is the only option at this point, and I'm using it in a RAID-1, but booting of an SSD. No complaints from me.
Now, I'm not sure where OCZ will go w/ some of their tech, but they do have something that **may** end up as a laptop hybrid drive down the road - AnandTech - Computex 2011: OCZ's RevoDrive Hybrid, HDD & SSD on PCIe Card
