    Hello,

I am considering selling my M1330 soon as was wondering if I can sell it even though it's out of warranty? Do I have to buy an extended warranty before selling it?

You don't HAVE to get a new warranty if you are selling it on creigslist, for example. You just have to make sure they you mention that it is out of warranty and sell it "as is." Be aware, however, that some states, such as New York, have "Assumed warranty" laws - laws that say that what you sell must be in full working order in the way that you promise, as a seller, it does. Other than that, there isn't anything that really stops you from selling a laptop without a warranty.

Okay thanks for the info. I was thinking of selling on ebay, are there any other things to look out for (i.e. 1st time seller)?

Nothing that big, really. Just make sure that the check clears before you send it. ;)
