Had a spare K1000M MXM and a desktop Quadro card that friend needed. I wrapped each in 2 layers of those pink bags (the ones Dell sends Precision keypads in / says PE-LD on them). Being very silly - because they were pink I assumed they were... antistatic. Now just a bit worried maybe it's not antistatic - in which case there could have been slight static generated by the outer packaging.

Just realised I had a proper antistatic bag in the other room (so kicking myself slightly). Does anyone know if those PE-LD bags has any ... antistatic properties? Thanks

    I'm reading this - so maybe it's not a total showstopper: http://www.blueridgefilms.com/anti_static_film.html

It will most likely turn out fine. I would not worry too much about it.
