Hi currently I only have USB ports on my desktop computer, but I have devices that require a serial port connection(RS232) to be precise. Im going to buy a board to attach to my motherboard but theres two choices I've found either; Asynchronous PCI or Asynchronous ISA...could anyone be able to tell me the difference between the two???

PCI is the most commonly used internal expansion port. Its white, and a motherboard generally has 2 to 5 of them. An ISA slot is an older slot, that was black and was about twice the length of PCI. So, to see which you reuqire, you need to see which one your motherbaord has. It will almost certainly be PCI, as even some really old motherbaords used to have them. Hope this helps.
