    I am not sure if the manual has all of that.

    I have heard Lenovo is the only one doing that for ThinkPads, but dig the ASUS website, perhaps something there, or simply google with random related words.

    I don't think service manuals usually have circuit diagrams for soldering, since they'd rather you just replace the malfunctioning component so they can sell you a new one. You're probably looking for something more along the lines of a design manual or blueprint, which would, in fact, generally be considered proprietary information.

    If you want to pay for it is available online. People here are average consumers and they aren't going to have it. You should know better since you sell parts.
