    SetFSB doesnt want to overclock my PPL

    Im trying to O/C my CPU (p8400) and even though i digged up PPL from my motherboard it setfsb goes back to defaul when i change FSB values.. Any solutions? I tried on xp and win7 same problem, if it helps my laptop is LG p310 thx

    You can mod the PPL to remove the hardware lock which prevents you from overclocking.

    You open up your laptop, take a soldering iron, desolder a resister, solder a new one to hack the pll chip, then overclock it with SetFSB.
