Should I be concerned about this ram?

I just purchased and installed 4gb of PC2-6400 GSkill Ram on my 1520 and everything's working fine. What I was wondering about was that CPU-Z shows the DRAM Frequency at ~328MHz. Should this be faster? Or is it showing lower because the memory isn't under full load?

Multiply by 2 since it's DDR2 to get the effective data rate.
    328*2 = 656 = ~667MHz

I have some G.Skill PC2-5300, which is rated as 667MHz, that runs around 330-332. I believe it mostly has to do with memory dividers and throttling of the CPU.

I wouldn't worry about it as long as all the RAM is being correctly seen (i.e. 4GB for x64 and ~3.3GB for 32)
