    Should I enable Hardware Virtualization?

    I have the option of enabling this if I want.

    Are there any advantages to enabling it? does it provide enhanced security or speed or anything for a general workstation computer? Are there any negatives to enabling it?

    How should I set it?

    It will only be used if you run a Virtual machine nothing todo with security.

    You can enable it. There's basically nil-security risk.
