    Should I look for a laptop that doesnt have bloatware or can I just delete it?

    I know dell laptops typically come with more bloatware.

    Just wondering if You can just delete all that stuff and fix the problem, or if it will still slow down your CPU at all?

    Most notebooks come loaded with bloatware. The only ones that don't are ones with Microsoft Signature (like the new Vizio Ultrabooks).

    Honestly, it's not a big deal. Don't let it affect your decision too much. Annoying at first but is rather simple to delete. Use a program like PCdecrapifier.
