Received my Intel WiFi 5100 card today, fired it in and lo and behold I get the "Wireless card not supported" message from the BIOS. Upon investigation of supported options, they are Ralink, Realtek, Broadcom & Atheros.

Is there no way of BIOS modding this thing to accept this? Or am I dreaming too big here?

You would have to have the BIOS whitelist removed. Go to mydigitallife forums for further assistance.
