I'm extremly new here, but I have tried searching and I haven't really found my answer. I've gone to Dell's website to but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.

I recently purchased a Dell 700m (recently as it's still in that nasty boxing phase). I want to upgrade it's RAM, but I'm seeing a lot of choices and I don't know which ones will work with the 700m.

The only information I can find is

But this doesn't mean much to me, and as I've been looking I've found SO-DIMMs with different numbers of Pins (I read that it was supposed to only have 74 Pins, but all the ones I've been looking at have 200.) and different speeds (PC 3200, PC 4200, et cetera).

Is there something specific I should be looking for? I've googled as well as I know how and everyone just says they bought and extra stick, but I don't know which sort of stick I need!

    Thanks!

Edit: Also, would the Dell Inspiron 6000 take the same sort of ram?
