    Hi,

I'm looking for a slot loading blu ray notebook drive to put into an OrigenAE M10 HTPC (writer or pure reader doesn't matter)

Unlike the pictures on OrigenAE's website Origen AE Technology - M10 HTPC Enclosure, the eject button on the case is actually to the right of the center of the slot.

I originally bought a sony optiarc 5600S Sony Optiarc <BC-5600S> based on the M10 pictures, but now that I have the case and it looks like below the sony won't work:
    Code:

Anyone aware of any laptop slot loader blu ray drives that has the eject button to the right of the center? After spending a few days on google and looking at pictures of slim drives I can only find drives with the eject button to the left (or tray loading).

    Many thanks

    Martin

    Thanks,

Though it seems like that drive only supports soft eject (I can never tell when the bezel is missing, but at least the Envy doesn't have a physical eject button it seems).

I believe I've finally found what I'm looking for in the Sony BC-5650H drive.

    Cheers

    Martin
