    Small hole above trackpad makes loud noise when finger covers it?

    I have a sager 9150 and it has a small hole about the trackpad that makes a noise whenever I put my finger over it, what is it?

    That's the microphone on your computer.

    Yea you must have the mic turned on during normal operation and when you put your finger on it it starts feeding back... or it just makes fuzzy noises from you rubbing your finger on it.

    Right click on the "volume" icon, > "recording devices" > select "microphone" (if you tap the mic again it will show green bars so you can tell which one it is if theres more than 1) > click "properties" > click the "listen" tab > uncheck "listen to this device"
