I'm looking to reduce my baggage weight and size, therefore looking for a smaller power adapter. I've had this problem before and just used smaller wattages, my HP ran still fine on a 60W power adapter instead of the original 200W (throttled of course, but rarely noticeable).

Since most laptops use around 19V, adapters are quite compatible across brands if one has the right tip-adapter. Dell does some shady digital **** with a third wire that may be hard to get around.

Please reply if you have a particularly small but powerful adapter or know of one. My research shows that Razer makes the smallest ones.

    Their 165W adapter is 150mm × 60mm × 22mm at 348g, but expensive and rarely available.

Can anyone beat this or be close?

    Hi
Over here You have some nice comparison spreadsheet: I would recommend look into Dell slim 130W as well if it's not to weak for Your needs. It looks quite neat.
Here: And over here: There's also this one: HP 150W TPN-DA09 (917677-003). It looks interesting too, but I don't know any dimensions.
