    Is there any socket A mainboard that can
    allow me to put in graphic card i wanted ???

    I seriously want 9800 in my notebook....

    Unfortunately motherboards/graphics cards are specific to a notebook series and upgrading is not possible unless the graphics card was offered as an option with the notebook.

    No other motherboard other than the one designed to fit in the chassis of your laptop will fit into it.
