    PC wizard 2009 shows battery wear level and i do beleive CPUID Hardware Monitor Pro also shows battery level. I believe the latter one is a better option.

    RMClock doesn't specifically give battery wear level as a percentage, but it does show the battery's current capacity and its original designed capacity in MWHr.
