Asus Notebook, Is there some way for synaptics to be disabled by default? It keeps defaulting to "on" when i reboot Vista.
I want it to be defaulted to "off" on a reboot, but still be able to turn it on via the hot key if i go mobile

Is it that Big of a deal?

Hmmm, are the latest ATK, HControl and Synaptics drivers all installed?
That shouldn't be a problem. -
Im Just in from a fresh install of vista, from ultimate 64 to 32, and i got all the drivers in and everything seems to be working normal, unlike running 64bit.
Its not that big of a deal. I was just looking for a default setting in an "ini" file or something that can be editted. I went thru SynUnst.ini and didnt understand enough, so here i am asking for help (which also shouldnt be a big deal?). -
