Alright so something weird just happened

I had my laptop on constantly for around 5 days or so, and everything was doing just fine. Normally i just leave it on an mmo with a shop open while i do work or other things, and cpu temps are always usually in the low 60's
So while doing some random powerpoint and stuff today, i suddenly hear the fan noise completely dissappear, and then i check the temps and i see they are down to 37C???? I had the game turned off too for a while
Is that even possible? Usually thats not even normal idle temps for me.

    you playing in the refrigerator?
I dont think you need to worry about temps being low, try run something intensive and if the fan kicks in I dont think you need to worry

Im not worried about the temps, im just worried if something has happened to the cpu, i mean going down from a normal of high 50's or low 60's straight to 37 in 5 seconds is really weird, but then again i suppose that the gpu isnt being stressed right now since the game isnt being rendered which could also be another source of the heat.

im using speedfan and hwmonitor, both show the same temps
also the temps fluctuate so i doubt that the sensor blew, especially on a ~4 month old lappy :X
