    Good afternoon to all

    I am looking to replace the subj faulty dvd drive in my Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Li 1718. It seems that this dvd drive model is out of date as no longer on sale and i would need to opt for something else.

    Can anyone please advise me on what manufacturers/models would be compatible with my current laptop? I assume that the drives should be standartised, however I decided to ask for advise before I order anything.
