Hi All,
I bought Sony VAIO some times ago and now I've just changed it standard OS(Windows Home Premium) to Windows Enterprise.
Unfortunately now I have problems with Wi-Fi adapter driver.
I tried to download drivers from Sony VAIO official site and find all drivers that I need. After that I install them but unfortunately in device manager there is still one unknown device. When I click to it properties I see something like chipset driver problem.
I've also tried some driver finding tools, they find all drivers and I install them, but still with no effect.
My Wi-Fi work properly with some period of time after witch internet fails and it is very hard to reconfigure it again.
Any help?
p.s my laptop model is Sony VAIO VPC-EB33FM/BJ

I recently upgraded my vaio from XP Pro to 7 Pro. The intel driver for it from the Sony site would loose the connection several times a day. The recommended driver from the intel site solved this problem for me. I looked up your model and you have the intel 6250 wifi card. Just query intel driver in your search engine. Make sure it is the intel site and use there driver utility. Make sure you download the full version not just the driver. When you get to the part of the instillation where it asks for which kind of install, choose custom and expand the tree where it says my wifi. This will give you the hotspot feature.
If this solves your problem great. If not repost over at the Networking and Wireless section here at brighthand for more help.
