    is the video card upgradeable on a Sony Vaio AR320E?

    it currently has a GeForce Go 7400....

    Nope, sorry. Most laptop GPUs cannot be upgraded.

    It is soldered to the motherboard (90nm, 112 Million Transistors, PCI-E)....does not have a MXM form factor -- so not upgradeable....!!
