i just brought a sony vaio notebook a month ago and every time I turn it on, I have to go through the VAIO CARE RESCUE screen, exit out of it by restarting the computer again, then eventually the windows start.i have tried to disable it under c drive but i cant seem to find it under c drive as well as the search function. Is there a way to disable it?

i have encountered another problem.Recently i have notice whenever i start up my window, after being greeted by the word "welcome" on the screen, the screen turns black for awhile and started loading up the destop icons as well as the wallpaper. is this perfectly normal ?

Wait are you trying to boot into the recovery partition? F10 activates the recovery partition on Sony laptops.
