I'm going to buy notebook and it comes with 128gb. My usage is 2gb per day. How long it will last without failing?
-
Probably longer than the rest of your life. 2GB per day is nothing.

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
2 GB written or read?
To give you some idea of how that long will last...
Probably your lifetime, and by then SSDs will be dirt cheap.. -
I'm lay so I can't understand the chart
Please, explain it to me
How much GB must be spent to last 6 ~ 10 years without laptop failing? -
Let's say that 300TiB is limit for your drive (it isn't, limit is way above 300TiB, at least 500TiB for any current 128gb drive), if you use 2GB by yourself and 2GB OS uses for whatever, maths say following:
300000GB/4GB = 75000 days, or 205 years to deplete your nand at that rate. That doesn't mean that something else won't go wrong in the meantime, but nand won't let you down
if you want it to last 10 years, try writing around 80GB a day
Ssd 128gb
