Now when I first bought my laptop (16:10 ratio screen) and I was playing like Starcraft and its screen would stretch to fit the screen. Now when I installed Windows 7 later on and played Starcraft again, the aspect ratio would remain as it is and show two black bars on each sides.
And I was wondering how I could stretch it back out again. I'm using ATI Mobility HD 3650.
I remember one of my friend had the same problem and one of his friends changed something in the system and when running a 4:3 ratio on a 16:10 ratio, the screen would be stretched to fit. (and no he didn't go into the game settings to change the resolution...).
Does anyone here know how to change that?
Thanks thanks,

there should be an option in the Catalyst control center to turn off flat panel scaling.
least that's how it is with nvidia cards. -
It's annoying to change in CCC, but here's how you do it:
1) Turn your desktop resolution down to something less than native.
2) Go to Desktops & Displays, right click on your display down the bottom, and choose Full Screen from the scaling options.
3) Turn your resolution back up again.
Stretching a 4:3 ratio to a 16:10 (or 16:9) ratio
