I have a screw that stripped on my laptop, I think the size is like a #1? How would I go about removing this?

Idk where you can find one that small...i think it would be impossible to make.

Maybe try and super glue the head of the screw to a screwdriver? Just be careful not to let the glue spill over to the plastic of the laptop...

And for the future, get proper sized screw drivers so you don't strip any more ;)

get a dremel, and cut a slit down the screws head, and use a flat head screw driver to remove.

I bet that screw is 1/2" below surface

nizzy1115 may be on to something but I would try epoxy.

You could try drilling with a left hand bit if you can find one small enough.

Try searching through hardware stores online.

You know what would work, the engraver bit which comes with a dremel, It has a curved ball end, and it is small enough, where you can either drill out the screw, or cut a notch in it to remove it.

If you screwed in so tight you stripped the metal there is absolutely no way super glue or epoxy will have enough strength for twisting. The dremel is your only option but if you over torqued could have the same problem. Good luck.
