Anyone have a good solution for extremely small, stripped screws? Is there a small screwhead filer out there or something that can create a new slot to pry it loose?

Really appreciate the help. Everything I can find online is using cheap gimmicky tricks like rubber bands and glue...

    Where is the screw?

Your best bet is a left hand drill bit and a small drill, removed dozens of stripped screws in laptops that way..

The bracket holding the CPU and GPU down... :/

So you just drill down the center?

It's not that big of a deal if I break the GPU (that's where the screw is). It's a cheap 765m. Been looking to upgrade it for awhile

You drill in reverse, so usually the bit just grabs the screw head and un-screws it.

If there is space, a good flush cutting plier will also grab it well and you will be able to un-screw it using the plier.

Have you tried a giant MAGNET? No, but in all seriousness, if it is really in there and you cannot screw it out, as in completely striped, than the drill method is your best bet tbh, but be gentle and careful.
