I have a stuck subpixel that's pink. I have tried everything to get it out and nothing has worked. I have used software, massaged it, used a pencil eraser, a wet cloth with a pen, my finger, etc. and nothing seems to be working.

Now I have heard that pink pixels called hot pixels and that it could be a dead pixel. Is this true? It's just kind of weird because I had a pink pixel that appeared after a few years on my old laptop and it went away as soon as i touched it with a pencil eraser.

Any methods you guys have that I could try?

I have a stuck blue pixel on my external display. I have also tried a few programs and had no luck. Apparently sometimes they work, sometimes they don't...

Try adjusting brightness and screen settings, turn it on and off repeatedly. Seems like you've tried everything.

I hope you fix it. Good Luck.
