Hey guys, this is probobly a stupid question, so don't laugh at meI have a HP dv8000t and have experienced some "stuttering" for lack of a better term in some games.. especially NFS:MW and have been trying to troubleshoot it with little success. I was wondering if my hard drives could be to blame. They are dual 100gb 5400 rpm fujitsus which are supposed to be SATA drives... however when I look at my physical drive information in Everest Ultimate it says they are IDE.. is it supposed to do that? I don't think my notebook even supports IDE drives. Again, pardon my ignorance here. Could I have not installed some SATA driver or set something in Windows right? Perhaps it's supposed to say that.. I'm not sure. Anyone help me out?
Oh, another quick thing.. I noticed that the drive that I run Windows & most of my programs off of (my second drive is primarily a backup drive), runs at around 45c most of the time. Is that particularly hot? My second drive hovers around 36-37 but it doesn't do much usually.
Thanks in advance,

Fujitsu drives are one of the slower ones out there but run very cool-your temps are excellent. Anything under 55 is ok above that you worry.
Stupid question..
