Hi, I really need your help. I purchased a Surface Pro 3, 5 days ago, I love it, really, really adore it, there are no defects when it comes to performance, I’ve tested Photoshop, 3DSMAX and L4D2 and everything works seamlessly, there are no dead pixels and the display looks great, but, there’s a very slight protrusion on the upper right hand side of the display

It looks like its loose, its very slight and doesn’t makes any creaking noise, none of my friends and family were able to notice it until I pointed it out, the device is also slightly bent, I researched online and it stated that it’s due to the new material Microsoft is using and have read comments from Surface Pro 3 owners that they’ve experienced the same thing and have tried replacing their units 6-7 times but the issue still persists, have you noticed this issue with yours or any other Surface Pro 3?

My issue is, will it get worse? The rest of the display is intact, only this tiny area isn’t, I’m worried, if pressure is placed on it, will that area get damaged or protrude further?

The surface line isn’t available in the country Im situated in, so it’s going to take over a month to send this unit back and have it replaced and I won’t know what the other unit will look like or if it will be worse, so I’m either going to keep this unit or opt for a full refund, I only have 2 days to do that and will greatly appreciate your help. I love the Surface Pro 3, even more than my Acer R7, but if there’s a chance this could get worse, or if this is a bad thing then I’d rather get a refund while I can.

Aside from this, everything is perfect, should I replace it?

    Help please, thanks!

Mine definitely doesn't have this problem. I'd return it for a replacement.
