    IMO T5600 is a better CPU although I doubt you'd notice more than a very slight difference(if any) between those CPUs especially in games. Check this thread for some benchmarks.
    Personally, I'd go with T5600.

    Go for the Core Duo. Better TDP (cooler, more energy efficient), same FSB speed, same cache as the Core 2 Duo; plus, you're getting a ~200MHz boost in clock speed which should close the performance gap between the old Yonah and the improved Merom architecture. The only thing you're sacrificing is 64-bit support, although you can upgrade to a cheap Core 2 Duo later on if you wish.
