I have a DELL D630 (T7100) 2GB Ram with 3y warranty. I wanna know if this processor will be enough for everyday tasks with Vista Ultimate, such (Internet, Office, Multimedia, etc...), until at least 2010/11.

Agreed, as long as that machine turns on and works, it'll be fine way down the road doing what you are doing.
example given; I use a 1.8 celeron with a 16meg graphics card, 256mg ram for everything I do with the computer....school, power points, Word, burn and play cd's and music, and watch dvd's on it with my kids.....still works, still runs, that to me is not outdated. So you are all set....rock on....not to mention, it's about 6 yrs old.
It's the advertising and stubborn computer geeks, (no offense to anyone please), that make you feel like it's outdated...

Yep, all these new processors are actually un-needed as processors from the last 3 years could still munch through the most demanding of tasks.

I can still do all those "everyday tasks" you mentioned above on my P3 850 MHz laptop, so you should be good.
