    Be careful, both are ES. Those may not be exactly the same as the final version. For example some ES chips may run hotter than usual or may not have temperature sensors.

    Yes, for sure...

    ES is like gambling. You may get a nice CPU for cheap or you may end up with a lemon. The final versions are always good...

    No, final ES is the version just before the retail/oem version and it may still have problems (though that is a very small chance).

    I would stay away from any ES chip, regardless of being an "initial" ES or "final" ES.
