    Does anyone use these? and are they any good on a LapTop?
    * Which is the Best?

    Personally I do not want to record stuff ... but to use the Video InPut to Live View "Full Screen" on my Laptop screen what my Digital camera see's (via AV in) ... works like a charm on my TV , would like to see it on my Laptop.
    My Toshiba Tecra M2 does not have Video IN.

    And on trips ... at the airport, during layovers, watching TV might be nice .. hopefully it will work international too.

    Thinking about this one:
    Pinnacle Systems PCTV HD Pro Stick USB 2.0 TV Tuner
    Model: 230100090

    I have the Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950 and love it. It works good with Media Center and their web support shows how to install with Vista.

    Yup...my vote is on the HVR950, and I've used a fair number of TV Tuners.
