I've made my decision not to buy the Dell XPS M1330 next month, and instead wait until July. In your opinion, will all these 3 together be available in laptops by then? I can't wait!! I do hope that SSDs will have become cheaper by then.

Yes, but I doubt that that kinda GPU is gonna fit in a laptop the size the m1330.

hmm, perhaps i could settle for the nVidia 8600 then. But the Penryn and the 128Gb SSD stand.

The 128GB SSD might still be expensive, but will probably be available. And you are more likely to get an upgraded 8400GS (9400GS?) in the M1330 then an ATI 3000 series card. By July, you will be getting an m1330 with a Montevina penryn cpu.

I doubt that the 128GB SSD will be less than 2,000 in a few months. If it is, it would be a really slow one like from Transcend.

    Can you confirm this please?

I'm based in France and I have relatives in the US who are coming to visit me in July. I was hoping to have it ordered in the US and have it brought to me by then. That would mean having to order it as early as June since the delivery takes time. Would that Montevine penryn cpu be available by June or even before?
