    Oh it's just a regular Chillmat. The Tornado part had me confused.

    At any rate, I own that cooler and it is pretty good. You can see it reviewed in the cooling guide.

    I have that cooler and have had it for 2 years now. I used to use it on my 15" notebook but now I'm using it on my 17" notebook in my sig. The build quality of the cooler is terrible. It feel flimsy and cheep. All but one of the six foot pads on the bottom fell off. It's cheaply built but it gets the job done even if my 17" notebook is too big for it.
