    Hello,

My son was given an old Sager Model 98 with 233mhz Pentium, Windows 98.

I know it's a dinosaur with little value but he'd like to ba able to check email, etc without competing for one of our other computers.

There is no manual or other tech support. I don't see a telephone jack & for sure it's not wireless.

Can someone send us in the right direction?

    TIA

Do you use dial up at home? If not if you have network would suggest PCMCIA card if no plugs on note book.

We haven't used dial up here at home in many years. Cable for the family PC & a wireless router sends a signal I use for this Dell laptop.

Can hisold Sager adapt to the new stuff?

Should with correct PCMCIA card that is why I think might be the easiest and not expensive.
