    I've been getting this strange error, ever since I upgraded my HDD. Also, I can't seem to install anything other than the drivers. I download something, double click to install, confirm command and get nothing. The screen just goes back to the way it was and the software doesn't get installed. I've tried a couple of programs. This is with XP Pro.

    Probably the best idea. Might want to do a hard format on the drive before you start, too.
