Hello, when the laptop is at 100 percent load the cpu: i7 740qm is hitting high 80's, usually even low 90's. there is usually like a couple degrees between each core sometimes even 5-6 degrees. and the core 3 and 4 are usually the hottest.
when gaming i hit a max of 71 degrees.. the idle temp is usually low 50's/49 degrees.
and my gpu: 5870m: idles at 62 ish and while gaming goes to 83 degrees.
    are these temps good?
if not, how can i make them cooler?
i also always use my laptop on a laptop cooling pad.
should i re apply thermal paste?
or should i just blow it with compressed?
    thanks

To quote posts from another one of your threads:

Again, i have to remind you that crossposting is against the forum rules. While the titles of the threads are slightly different, you asked the same question in both and that is still crossposting. If you are still unsure, stick to your original thread instead of creating a new one since that thread is still active and fairly recent: http://forum.notebookreview.com/har...grades/675419-best-thermal-paste-cpu-gpu.html.

Also, yeah those temps are okay sound to me like you have somewhat dusty heatsink that only need a good shot of compressed air.
