My laptop screen was broken so i bought this panel ( http://www.panelook.com/B156HW03 V0_AUO_15.6_LCM_overview_13461.html) to replace. However when i turn it on, the panel just gradually from the edge becomes fully white ands display nothing but white. Is it safe to assume it is the panel fault since my LVDS cable and laptop originally support a FHD screen, so they most support any other LVSD 2channel 6bit 40 pin.

My laptop original spec of the display
