    Anyone know where to buy quality 3mm to 4mm thick thermal pads for use on vRAM chips on MXM for example?

    Check out your local Microcenter, they used to carry them. I used to get them there all the time. Have you looked on Ebay?

    You can always stack 2 mm pads.

    It seems they are 2-2.5mm thick. I actually ordered some from eBay.
