    Do it. I did a full system test on my system today on pcpitstop.com before adding a 1gb chip. I got 2 yellow flags (they were for IE and defrag).

    After adding the chip, I got all flags, and then I ran memtest 3.4 for over an hour with zero errors.

    I can't believe the increase in performance (of an already fast machine).

    I highly recommend anyone thinking about memory upgrades to just go ahead and do them, you'll love it!
