How much of a performance difference is there between the X30's P3m processor and the X31's Banias Pentium M? I am using it for basic tasks, on (maybe) XP, probably Vista.

BTW What video card does an X31 have? Is it Vista Aero compatible? Is it the same as the X30's?

All I know is that the X31's Mobility Radeon 7000 is not Aero Capable.

Note that between the X31 and X30, besides the Processor clockspeeds, the X31 has much faster RAM and can have up to 2 GB of it, while the X31 maxes out at 1 GB.

It is also not possible to upgrade the processor in either computer.

Do you mean the X30 maxes out at 1GB?
