If you plan on doing it (with a fridge like this), just unscrew the weatherstripping, find a place least in the way and pass the wires through with duct tape (he used inside hinge area not the door, you don't what the wires to move when you open and shut), then rescrew the stripping back (I think he had to cut away some of the stripping with a razor so it would close properly) and there you go. -
still its hard.............

1.) the added heat pipes would help if you could add them. Remember they are sealed units so you can't cut them! Essentially you should have to contract a company to make them for you and the cost would be better just to buy a proper system.
2.) if you could find a way to attach and power that monster it would work too................ -
You didn't need to make another thread on this.

The existing heatpipe may be bad. See if you can buy a replacement heatpipe before going through all that crap with a fridge and everything. And make sure you clean the CPU and GPU thoroughly before applying the new paste. The main reasons your temperatures would be so high:
1. Bad paste or paste job
2. Misaligned heatsink
3. Broken heatsink/heatpipe
4. Dirty heatsink fins
5. Dirty/Dead fan
6. Obstruction of airflow
Verify each of these and correct it. Otherwise if that doesn't help then you may have to cut your losses and buy a new machine. A system with a GT 740m or faster will beat the performance of the 5870 GPU you have. -
