Welcome to the forum. Your english is fine, as long as you can deliver the message!
As far as I know, RAM timings cannot be modified except thru the BIOS, thus your BIOS should support the feature for you to be able to modify the settings.
But usually RAM timings are recognized automatically and run in the designed settings. You can check if the RAMs are running in the correct timings they were designed for by using "CPU-Z" link: http://www.cpuid.org/cpuz.php

Thank you for your anwer [8D]
I have CPU-Z and this appz show for my ram corsair this timing:
14 - 3 - 3 - 3 200mhz
...but default this ram go to 8-3-3-3 200mhz [?]
In the BIOS don't have a possibility to modify a timing in dafult pannel.
Have a hidden pannel ???? []
thk

you're right. that 14 looks out of place. I wonder if it is just something being misreported, or it's actually operating at such a timing!
Try to go here: http://www.x86-secret.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=17
This is the official forum of CPU-Z (the makers of CPU-Z visit that forum). If you supply your specifications they can figure out if it is just a bug in CPU-Z causing it to report the wrong timings, OR you actually have a problem with the TRAS timing!
You can try the asus forum here at notebookreview, to check if anyone knows if there is actually some hidden settings in your bios.
