Hi, im new to the forum and I got a couple of q's for anyone.

I am looking at buying a Alienware Area-51m 7700 notebook and im just not sure what specs I should put in it. I want the notebook manly for gaming and taking to LAN parties, so I need it to play all the latest games in full specs.

I noticed a member of this website was bashing this particular model before and was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with it?

Also is it worth getting the performance raid in it and the G Force Ultra card?
Which cpu should I go for?

Bottom line: is this going to be a super great laptop and what specs should I add to get the most bang for my buck$??

Or can anyone else suggest any other laptops I should be looking at?

    Thanks in advance guys...

A Dell XPS with a coupon is a better value. The Sager NP 9880 is similar at a lower price.
