Hi Guys. I don't know much about this, but i.e. a today's sempron of 2.7 Ghz is as fast as a 6 years old pentium of 2.7 Ghz?
Or are there other new stuff that makes the sempron faster?
I'd appreciate a clear (hopefully fairly complete) but basic explanation.
    Thanks.
