The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    There is something even worse... notie how the specs say Intel while on the chip it says advanced micro devices - i.e. A.M.D. - are you sure that site is legitimate?

    Seems legit, but there were some other listings for "Dell" software with the information relating to HP software (i.e. "Use this HP disc to restore your Dell laptop...."). And there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that some of the software you purchase might be burned copies of the original discs. There are listings for a lot of OEM restore and driver discs - the ones that come free from the manufacturer.
